As a member of the Management Staff, The Director of Surgical Services participates in formulation of policy, in organization of procedures essential to the achievement of objectives, and in development and evaluation of programs and services.
The Director is responsible for the development of nursing policies for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating knowledge and practice activities of nursing service staff.
The Director is accountable for fostering the participation of nursing staff in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of practice to provide safe, efficient and effective nursing care.
The Director of Surgical is responsible for administrative planning, organizing, directing and managing the resources, daily operations, and patient care activities for multiple departments/service lines on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.
Departments of responsibility include the Perioperative Clinic (PC), Same Day Surgery, Operating Room, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Endoscopy, and Central Sterile Processing (CSP) Departments.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND
Experience:
Graduate of school of nursing.
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice in the state of Ohio.
BSN preferred Maintains current BLS certification.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with members of the health care team.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
Must be computer-literate to complete task (s) as required-such as Meditech (hospital support software), Halogen (performance appraisal system), Relias (education system), ability to retrieve emails, complete online enrollment for health insurance/benefits and any other programs, as assigned.

Aultman Health Foundation SURGERY Schedule:
Full Time, Day Shift, 80.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
