07 an hour Bel Air Care Center is looking for ASSISTED LIVING CAREGIVERS to join our growing team! You will be joining our organization that has established an outstanding reputation for quality service in the healthcare field.

We are seeking individuals with an exceptional amount of compassion and dedication to help each guest have a home like experience.
We provide extensive training to build a strong foundation.

Currently we need 10pm-6am full time or part time staff.
Responsibilities of the Caregiver Interact with our guests to provide quality care and exceptional customer service Provide daily requirements of the resident care to include assistance/supervision with bathing, dressing, self-medication, feeding, observing dietary intake, hair and nail care, environmental needs, and responding to calls Light housekeeping duties to include making beds, vacuuming carpets, cleaning after meals, washing dishes, cleaning up spills etc.
Additional housekeeping duties could be needed.
Assist/supervise with transferring/lifting clients as required.
Accurately taking vital signs Assist in activity program by way of individual and group activities as directed Observe and respond to changes in resident's condition Must communicate and be courteous, helpful and respectful to residents and their families Maintain a clean, safe physical environment Perform other duties as assigned Benefits available for full time after 30 days Qualifications and Skills Must have patience and tact when dealing with residents, family members and other staff Must be available to work every other weekend Good attendance and work ethic Must be able to organize time and prioritize work.
Previous long term care and customer service experience helpful.
