9K a year Hampton Inn & Suites in Alliance, Ohio, is seeking to hire a full-time maintenance employee.
This person will be responsible for providing preventative, routine, and on-demand maintenance for our 86-room hotel property with an indoor pool.
Previous hotel maintenance experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
Completes daily preventative maintenance checklist for hotel Performs routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and PTAC units Ensures pool is well-maintained by checking daily and adjusting chemical levels as needed Conducts regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues Responds promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management Inspects all areas of property to ensure they are well-maintained Repairs equipment and fixtures as needed Maintains a clean and organized work area Works with other departments to ensure hotel property is clean, well-maintained, and inviting for every guest Job Requirements:
Previous experience in general maintenance and repair work Ability to learn new skills as needed for hotel maintenance General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Courteous communication skills for interacting with guests and other team members Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work productively with minimal supervision Job Types:
