Marketing Manager - Demand Generation - REMOTE
Binary Defense is seeking a talented Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to join our collaborative and growing organization.
This is a key position at the company where you have an opportunity to refine our current demand generation efforts and set the future strategy to capture the hearts and minds of security executives.

This position reports to Head of Marketing and will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Management, and Creative.
A successful demand generation manager is innovative and creative, is in touch with the current marketing trends and is passionate about performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
o Develop strategy, plans, and targets for new leads and MQLs to build a robust sales pipeline and ensure effective conversion rates.
o Identify, evaluate, execute, and measure marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline and optimize demand funnel velocity.
o Manage outsourced team to drive website performance optimizations through SEO, digital advertising, paid social and other integrated campaigns.
o Build out email nurture campaigns and workflows by segments, verticals and personas to convert to MQLs and better qualified opportunities.
o Collaborate with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Sales to manage end-to-end programs, campaigns, and events (both online and in-person) o Utilize best practices, campaign analysis tools, and hypothesis testing to continually improve campaign performance and consistently communicate results and learnings with stakeholders.
o Own and manage top-of-funnel growth of leads with multi-channel campaigns and programs.
o Own metrics and reporting for all campaigns, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics.
o Source, negotiate, and manage relationships and contracts with third-party partners.
o Own our website as a key channel to educating prospects and acquiring new MQLs.

years of technology or software B2B marketing experience o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders.
o Demonstrated growth marketing experience; passion for optimizing and driving high performing programs.
o Experience implementing and working with marketing and sales automation platforms, such as Hubspot, Sales Loft, Salesforce, and to nurture, score, and deliver qualified leads to Sales.
o Data-driven mindset, with a passion for analyzing and extracting insights from data to improve KPIs.
o Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
o Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguities.
o Willingness to travel to corporate meetings and/or events about 30% of the time.
Preferred:
o Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, and security technology products o Track record of leading and executing successful marketing programs that include offline/online events, social campaigns, content marketing, account-based marketing, and website optimization.
