We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Reach out to prospective new hires via phone, email, and other channels to initiate and develop relationships.
Create and process employment ads, draft and update job descriptions, screen, and interview candidates, and represent the company at job fairs and within the community.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Identify and monitor training needs in the organization, design, plan and implement training programs.
Oversee training and development of staff and align training with company goals.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
Support the onboarding process by delivering orientation and safety training to new hires.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in the payroll system.
Provides clerical support for the HR department.
Assists with planning and execution of engagement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations.
